If you're expecting amazing parties at Drexel, you are coming to the wrong college. Philadelphia is one of the best party cities, but Drexel's campus is pretty much boring except for a few places. The most known party corner is Powelton which can be shady at night sometimes, so be careful!
The frat parties are nice, but if you aren't a hot frat girl, and not on the guest list, you're probably not getting in. Sorry)= Sometimes you can get in, but for a hefty $15-20.00. Parties for girls are always free though, if the frat does not have a guest list.
Girls
- If a guy approaches you and insists you have a drink from his hand, it's probably not wise to do so for many obscene reasons.
- Don't go wandering alone at late night, off the Drexel campus. It is not safe. If a party is outside campus, take a taxi, or travel in a group! Another party spot is 42nd and Lancaster, but it is off campus.
